🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and many other countries. Shipping availability may vary by product.

Shipping time depends on your location and the product ordered, but here’s a general guide:

USA: 7–20 business days
UK/Europe: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are charged by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Absolutely. We only select baby products from trusted suppliers, and we always prioritize safety, practicality, and softness for your little one.

🧺 How do I wash the clothing or baby items?

Most items can be machine-washed in cold water and air-dried. You’ll find specific care instructions on each product page.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

❓Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as our products are shipped directly from our supplier and we do not manage local inventory. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help. Just email us at hello@marytthew.com within 7 days of delivery, and include:

Your order number
Photos of the product and packaging
A description of the issue

We’ll review your request and may offer a refund or replacement, depending on the case.

❓What if I haven’t received my order?

Shipping usually takes 7 to 30 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within this time frame, contact us and we’ll investigate. If necessary, we’ll resend the item or issue a refund.
